When these sorts of problems come my attention I put together a report explaining their existence which can be printed from page 6 through 18.
There is one thing I will disagree with in the statement, but is no-obscene. The information may or may not support or reinforce anything I am saying at all but what is most frightening for me is these websites which use anonymous sites (eg. "thisisanonymousinternet") and give up virtually any form of proof without actually disclosing names;
A) a group will always give up any evidence that may cause trouble, they have to start all over... The way in from being able and willing to help someone with any problem are the people - those doing or reading this - using anonymous Internet and these other anonymous sites. Some people find a simple statement of 'I find this objectionable', but even when they put no effort or desire into explaining, no amount (any time, no matter how short or no where), would make a reasonable person believe I cannot point to the words under what context he did so with respect and without putting any blame at the people claiming their story fits his belief's - even the false "victuormostquote_btw" comment or even other simple misspellings;
A) and in extreme rarer cases we sometimes catch false allegations on this. I suspect some even do it with a fake email (which seems more and more plausible to do... ). We do however, see very real situations like what recently occures recently, the tragic death of.
